This course is designed to provide participants with an understanding of the data lifecycle and its management, as well as the context in which data is produced. Participants will learn to apply archival principles to data management, ensuring efficient and secure organization of information. Additionally, the course offers a detailed overview of the main tools and data management systems, including various types of databases, data analysis and exploitation technologies, data governance systems, and international standards and regulations.
Participants will be able to identify quality criteria for organizational data and implement appropriate procedural models for its management throughout the data lifecycle. They will also acquire knowledge to describe the context and lifecycle of data, including the use of data governance technologies. Participants will learn to use the main tools for data management, visualization, and analysis at a basic level, ensuring efficient and effective information management.
