Curricular internships: The course requires a certificate of internships in an associated center with a minimum of 700 hours per course, certified and properly evaluated by the center. These internships are mandatory.
The tasks that the student must develop during the practical training of the course are as follows:
- Initial visits
- Psychometric explorations
- Diagnostic orientation and feedback
- Discussion of diagnoses and interventions carried out
- Psychological and psychiatric interventions
- Follow-up of patients with different psychopathological disorders
- Attendance at clinical sessions
- Involvement in research lines developed at the Center
The course coordination ensures at all times that the assigned tasks are appropriate and respond to the practical training needs of the student.
The associated centers designate a tutor responsible for programming, assisting, and coordinating the internships. This tutor, designated by the company, issues an accreditation report on the student's utilization of the internship period, which is integrated into their evaluation process. This report evaluates the student under the following aspects:
- Attendance
- Interest
- Motivation for learning diversification
- Actual preparation
- Progress obtained
