Spatial and urban planning is a key factor for the sustainable and balanced development of our cities and environments. Urban Law is a fundamental tool for guaranteeing correct planning, execution and control of land use, with a direct impact on economic activity, environmental protection and the quality of life of citizens.

This course offers rigorous and applied training in Urban Law, with the aim of providing professionals with solid knowledge and practical tools to intervene safely and effectively in the field of urban planning and management. It will provide an in-depth analysis of the aspects that generate most controversy in the daily practice of local entities, both in terms of planning and management instruments, as well as the essential administrative and legal procedures in this area.

The programme is designed for public managers, lawyers, architects, engineers, property developers and other professionals linked to urban and regional planning. Through an eminently practical approach, theoretical sessions will be combined with the study of real cases and the analysis of relevant administrative and jurisprudential decisions.

With a teaching staff made up of experts of recognised prestige in the sector, the course will allow participants to study in depth aspects such as urban planning discipline, the processing of licences, planning and management figures, compulsory expropriation, the liability of the Administration and public intervention in the land market.

This training is a unique opportunity for professionals who wish to specialise in urban planning law or update their knowledge in a constantly evolving field, marked by regulatory changes and new challenges in land management.
