This Erasmus+ Blended Intensive Programme (BIP) initiative combines local, online activities and a face-to-face stay at the Lódz University of Technology, Poland, which will take place from 11 to 15 May 2026. There are 5 places available for UAB students and participation will be recognized with 3 ECTS credits.

The programme offers students the opportunity to become agents of change by engaging in empathy-driven sustainability, leadership and communication projects.

The experience is structured in three phases:

  1. Local activities (March-April 2026): students will have to participate in a creative activity related to the SDGs and emotional intelligence, either through a game or by recording a short video with an awareness-raising message.
  2. Online activities (April 2026)
  3. Face-to-face stay at the Lódz University of Technology (11-15 May 2026): during the mobility, participants will design projects and micro-interventions linked to the SDGs, discuss ethical and sustainability challenges, practice empathy-driven leadership skills, and collaborate with international students to develop actions with impact on the city.

How to participate

Students interested in participating must fill in the application form before 8 March. If the number of applications exceeds the places available, selection criteria will be applied that will take into account aspects such as gender diversity, the representation of different studies and academic profiles, as well as prior experience and motivation of the candidates.
