Microcredential in Digital Competences for Educational Communication and Collaboration

With the lockdown due to the pandemic, various formal and non-formal education organizations were forced to work remotely and use digital tools to continue functioning. Once the pandemic ended and normalcy returned, organizations learned that, although there are certain activities that are undoubtedly more optimal, efficient, and positive face-to-face, digital tools can be leveraged to be more efficient in remote work. This is the case with digital communication and collaboration. Since the proliferation of various social networks in the mid-2000s (such as Facebook, WhatsApp, Twitter, LinkedIn...), people have used them personally for communication and even for collaboration in these more informal spaces. Thus, digital tools have great potential for communication and collaboration, but what about more formal spaces?
