The lifelong learning Master's in Business Management and Technology offers a comprehensive view of business digital transformation, combining foundations of technology in organisations, innovation‑based business models and the competencies needed to lead organisational change processes. Through courses such as Technology in Business, Technology‑Based Business Models, Tools for Leading Transformation and Skills for Leading Transformation, the programme develops a strategic understanding of how to align digital technologies, processes and people with corporate objectives, with a strong emphasis on leadership, change management and data‑driven decision‑making across different functional areas.

Building on this foundation, the curriculum delves into the main technological and functional blocks of the digital enterprise: business processes and corporate management systems; artificial intelligence applied both to process and operations automation and to the design of new business models; data analysis and data management; digital‑era marketing and customer relationship management (CRM); Industry X.0 and digital management of the supply chain and operations; as well as innovation in digital finance through the Fintech and Digital Finance courses. These subjects enable students to understand, design and implement data‑driven solutions in key areas such as operations, marketing, finance and connected industry.

The programme is complemented by a solid governance, risk and sustainability core that includes Cybersecurity, Digital Law, Digital Circular Economy, and Ethical and Sustainable Leadership, ensuring that digital transformation is addressed from an ethical, regulatory and socio‑environmental responsibility perspective. Finally, the Business Simulation (Business Game), External Internship and Master’s Final Project modules allow students to integrate and apply the knowledge acquired in real and simulated contexts, developing advanced competencies in analysis, communication, teamwork and the design of sustainable digital strategies oriented towards business and social impact.

All subjects are worth 3 ECTS credits, except for the Master's Thesis, which is worth 6 ECTS credits, and the work placement, which is worth 18 ECTS credits. Students must therefore complete 51 compulsory ECTS credits and 9 optional ECTS credits.
