Lockers at the Hotel d'Entitats

Student societies that are currently registered in elDirectori may apply for a locker at the Hotel d'Entitats (Hotel of Entities) for the next academic year (2022-2023) from the 1st to the 20th of June 2023.

This call has the objective to assign 40 lockers of the Hotel of Entities during the 2023-2024 academic year.

In order to apply for it, you just need to fill out this form.
 
Conditions to apply for storage space at the Hotel d'Entitats (Hotel of Entities):
1. Being a student society registered in elDirectory when this call is opened.
2. Filling out the form.
3. The application period is from the 1st to the 20th of June 2023.
4. Student societies can make use of the storage space from 15th September 2023 to 15th July 2024.
5. The allocation of the lockers will depend on:the compliance with the terms and conditions of use of the lockers for student societies in the Hotel of Entities during the 2022/2023 academic year; a first-come-first-served basis; the storage needs of student societies; and the trajectory and consolidation of student societies at the UAB.
6. Only one locker will be allocated for each student society, except if there are not enough applications.
