Wassu-UAB Foundation carries out a study on the estimation of girls at risk of suffering FGM/C in Spain for EIGE

The European Institute for Gender Equality (EIGE) carries out the fourth study on estimating the number of girls at risk of female genital mutilation/cutting (FGM/C) in four new countries: Austria, Denmark, Luxembourg and Spain. The work was assigned to ICF, a global consulting services company that, in partnership with the Wassu-UAB Foundation, will implement the study in Spain, through an exhaustive investigation that includes the compilation of documentation, qualitative interviews, focus groups and statistical analysis.
