Access

Access to this master's degree is open to holders of an official bachelor's degree from a Spanish university or from another higher education institution within or outside the European Higher Education Area, provided this gives access to postgraduate studies in the country of issue.

Admission requirements

Three-year or four-year degree preferably in History, Archaeology or Classical Studies, or a similar official qualification in any area of the Arts and the Humanities or of Social and Legal Sciences.

Selection criteria

In the case of there being more applicants than places available, the following criteria will be applied:
- Degree certificate, with preference given to graduates in History, Archaeology and Classical Studies (35%).
- Academic transcript (35%).
- Curriculum Vitae, with emphasis on research experience, participation in archaeological fieldwork, grants received, articles published, etc. (25%).
- Knowledge of languages (5%). Level of English equivalent to Level B1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.
Personal interviews may also be held during the selection process if deemed necessary.
