How to get to the campus

RENFE

Local train service R7 which goes to Cerdanyola Universitat station is currently not available as the mobile units are not adapted. It is forecast that CIVIA trains which allow disabled access will gradually be incorporated into the service.

The campus can be reached from the stations using the UAB bus service. This service offers access for disabled people (30% of vehicles during the services until 11am and all buses during the rest of the day).

The UAB is working to adapt all the campus bus stops and make them accessible from the different buildings and spaces..

FGC

The Ferrocarrils de la Generalitat de Catalunya (FGC) stations at Bellaterra and Universitat Aut˛noma, are accessible to people with different kinds of disability. There are ramps and lift to facilitate access.

FGC trains are totally accessible and have special areas for use by people with reduced mobility. There is also information in Braille and guides for the visually impaired and there is also audio information for the hard of hearing.

Bus

Some interurban bus companies that offer services to the UAB have accessible vehicles for people with reduced mobility.

Taxi

There are also taxi companies offering adapted vehicles for people with reduced mobility.
