ICREA Senior

The Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona’s Department of Sociology is seeking outstanding established scholars interested in applying for an ICREA Senior Researcher position. The call for applications is set to open in January 2026. We are interested in hosting ICREA candidates whose research interests align with the projects conducted in our department.

To start the process of obtaining the Department of Sociology’s endorsement for an ICREA application, interested candidates are requested to submit a CV and a cover letter by email to d.sociologia@uab.cat  before November 30^th, 2025 (please indicate ICREA2026 in the email subject). We will communicate our decision to submit an “Expression of Interest” (EOI) on behalf of selected candidates no later than December 8^th, 2025.
