It proposes a practical roadmap to support entrepreneurs from the initial reflection stage through to project launch. To this end, it covers essential topics such as identifying opportunities, defining the value proposition, understanding customers, and developing robust business models.
In addition, the document covers topics such as validating ideas, developing a minimum viable product, forming teams, exploring funding options, and understanding the key legal considerations involved in setting up a business. All of these topics are presented with a practical approach tailored to the university environment.
