iFest Bootcamp returns: online entrepreneurship training that grants 2 ECTS credits

Registration is now open for iFest Bootcamp, a 35-hour pathway based on design thinking to tackle real-world challenges. Undergraduate students at UAB who complete the training can obtain 2 ECTS credits. The registration deadline is 9 December 2025.

iFest

iFest is a programme of the Government of Catalonia that promotes innovation and entrepreneurship among young people and begins with the Bootcamp, an intensive online training course focused on solving challenges through the design thinking methodology. The pathway is structured into seven modulesEmpathy, Define, Ideate, Prototype, Test/Validate, Lean Canvas, and Communication—combining instructional videos with worksheets to progress from identifying opportunities to presenting viable solutions.

This training carries academic recognition of 2 ECTS credits for UAB undergraduate students who complete the pathway and the established requirements: 100% attendance of online sessions, completion of activities and assessment quizzes, and submission of an individual investor deck to the Entrepreneurship Unit of the Employability Service (empren.info@uab.cat) by 28 February 2026.

Registration for the Bootcamp is open until 9 December 2025. For academic recognition to be processed, students must register on the Bootcamp platform and additionally enrol in the Bootcamp via the University’s NEXUS application. Those without a NEXUS profile may use the “Partial Registration” option to complete enrolment.
