The UAB launches the third edition of "Visionaris", a free entrepreneurship training course aimed primarily at UAB students and open to the entire university community. The programme will run from 1 October to 27 November 2025, every Monday and Wednesday from 1 to 3 p.m., at the Emprèn UAB space (Plaça Cívica).

Visionaris

Under the motto “Start up today for tomorrow’s world”, "Visionaris" combines the learning of key competences —such as creativity, leadership, teamwork and risk management— with the practical application of innovation methodologies like design thinking and lean startup. The course is structured into three modules: introduction to entrepreneurship and tools (10 hours), working on the individual project (8 hours), and business creation basics (8 hours).

A practical pathway to validate projects and acquire transversal skills

By validating their own project, participants who complete the training will receive mentoring from market experts in their sector, and the three most highly valued projects will gain additional support to develop their first prototype.

Undergraduate students who successfully complete the course and present a project may apply for the recognition of 3 ECTS credits, provided they attend at least 80% of the 26 teaching hours and submit their entrepreneurial project proposal.

Free registration via NEXUS

Registration is free and available through the NEXUS application. Those who do not yet have a user profile can carry out a partial registration using their NIU and UAB password.

The Emprèn UAB space, where the course will take place, is located in Plaça Cívica, on the first floor of the RR building, with access through the study room above the bar.

"Visionaris" is an initiative of Emprèn UAB, promoted by the UAB Employability Service and the UAB Research Park.
