Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Relations
The Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Relations offers a complete training which allows graduates to guarantee solutions for problems posed by the management of human resources, both in private companies and in the public administration sector. The degree offers students two different tracks: Employment Law and Work Organisation.
A majority of the teaching staff has extensive experience in teaching and research in the departments related to their areas of knowledge: Legal Studies, Sociology of Industrial Relations, Business Organisation, Applied Economics, and Social Psychology.
If you are interested in taking the degree in Industrial Relations you must be concerned about ethical and social values. You will have interpersonal relations, negotiation and persuasion skills. You will be committed to social groups and respectful with those who do not share your views. A good level of Spanish and Catalan is recommended.

Social Work specialising in social, occupational and fiscal matters.
Human resource management and direction: contracts, work conditions, vocational training, work relations, mediation and arbitration, etc.
