8. And if...?

Can documents be requested through CCUC?

  • Some documents not available for PUC may be subjected to Interlibrary loan service of your institution (you may access it by clicking +Biblioteques from CCUC) or,
  • you may go to your library counter.

Are documents overdue?
  • Library cards will be blocked one day for each day and each document that is overdue.
  • This penalty is subjected to each particular institution regulations on loan service.

Do users fail to return documents or are documents returned in bad conditions?
  • Users must replace missing documents with a document of the same edition or, in case that edition is no longer  available, with a similar item or its cost estimated yearly by CBUC.
  • Until this is fulfilled, the user will be excluded from the loan service, besides other measures that may be taken.
