CONDITIONS OF THE LONG STAY RATE:

The reduced price for long stay will be only and exclusively of application in agreements for periods longer than six months.
Modifications of agreement that reduce the planned length of the stay to an inferior period than six months will suppose automatically the change of applicable price (from long stay rate to ordinary rate).
The possible extensions to the initial agreement will only give right to the long stay rate if they are longer than six months. The sum of all the extensions will not count to have access to this rate.
