Accommodation in apartments

Vila Universitària offers an accommodation service in apartments out of the Campus to students coming to do Exchange or postgraduate programmes and only if they fill in and send the application form one month in advance of their arrival at the UAB. To be able to help those interested in such accommodation it is required:

- to fill in the application in the left hand menu: Student Sign-Up

- to send the acceptance letter to the international bookings department

- to contact this same department: +34 93 581 70 50, internacional@vilauniversitaria.com.

Vila Universitària has addresses of apartments in the following towns surrounding the UAB, offered by families and students wishing to share their flat with foreign students.

- Barcelona (1.600.000 inhabitants). Prices for renting a room in a shared flat range between 300 and 500 ¤ a month per person. Fares to come to the UAB by train or by bus are not included.

- Sant Cugat del Vallès (50.000 inhabitants) is a residential town located 5 km. away from the UAB. It is well linked with the University by train. A room costs between 250 and 500 ¤.

- Sabadell (185.000 inhabitants) is situated 4 km. away from the UAB. A room costs between 225 and 430 ¤. There are direct train and bus links to the UAB.

- Cerdanyola del Vallès (50.000 inhabitants) is the nearest town to the UAB (3 km) and has therefore plenty of student flats to rent. Prices vary from 225 to 350 ¤ a room per month. There is a direct shuttle bus service connection with the UAB.

- Sant Quirze del Vallès (18.000 inhabitants) is a residential town next to Bellaterra, Cerdanyola del Vallès and Sant Cugat del Vallès. There are direct train and bus links with the UAB. Room prices range between 285 and 400 ¤.
