The Plan for Languages is the framework of reference for language policy at the UAB. It is a committed pledge that aims to facilitate the management of multilingualism that has resulted from the European Higher Education Area.

The Plan for Languages must help the UAB to become:

- A model of language quality and efficient communication institutional communication.

- A promoter of research, knowledge transfer and innovation

- A local and international reference for the construction governance for multilingualism in universities.

- A university that is recognised for its commitment to linguistic sustainability.
