Introduction
The Degree in Industrial Relations will provide you will solid training in all areas directly and indirectly related to the labour market. It will provide you with the tools needed to solve problems posed by human resource management in both private companies and public administration.
This degree prepares you in all the factors pertaining to human labour from an interdisciplinary perspective and focuses on the professional needs of the labour market. You can thus choose from two specialisations; one which prepares you professionally for the field of labour law, while the other specialises in the area of human resource management and organisation in companies.
The degree also provides you with the training needed in social and labour research and intervention skills.
