Remote access The virtual private networks service (VPN) allows access from any computer connected to internet resources which are restricted to machines of the university. You can login at https://xpv.uab.cat. Unlike the old service, no settings are required prior to access equipment and even there you can log in from computers located in public spaces. Reached the NIU and the corresponding password. Please note that the first log your browser may give you a message that does not trust the provider, and you must tell it to make an exception to add it. Our commitment We answer all queries about library services and resources in a personalized way either at the counter, by e-mail or by phone. At Pregunt@, we answer your queries within two working days. Indicator We guarantee a permanent availability of computer servers, and the resolution of 80% of incidences within 48 hours.
