Quality promotion

The Quality Guarantee Unit (UGQ) was set up so the UAB could fulfil its commitment to offering academic courses, services and activities of the highest possible quality. The UGQ guarantees the quality of the data obtained at the UAB's research unit and optimises the quality of the services these units provide for their clients. The UGQ follows a Quality Guarantee Programme, a system set up so the Management can be sure that specific requirements are met, according to the level of quality that each research unit wants to reach or is obliged to reach.
