Modelling for Science and Engineering

The goal of the Master's in Modeling for Science and Engineering is to give students mathematical and computational tools to deal with different types of scientific and technological problems. The diversity of problems that are dealt with has a broad range, due to the generality of the tools that are introduced. Students can do an internship in top- level companies and research centers. Especialisations

The master's degree is made up of four specialisations:
  • Modelling Complex Systems
  • Mathematical Modelling
  • Modelling for Engineering
  • Data Science

Program

The master's degree consists of 60 ECTS including the Master Thesis (12 ECT’s), which enables students to get the Master’s degree.  Three compulsory modules common to all specialisations and two compulsory specialisation modules . Internships in Companies and Institutions are optional (12 ECT’s).
