Assessing and certifying language proficiency

The UAB holds special exam sessions (in September, January and June) open to all UAB students who wish to certify that they have reached a particular level in a foreign language. The UAB also holds two exam sessions specifically for students aiming to take part in an exchange programme who have to certify their level of English or other languages. The first session is in October and the examinee has to choose the level at which he/she is tested. The second is an exam session for the Certificate in Communication Skills, at one of the Language Service's six levels, corresponding to levels A1, A2, B1, B2.1, B2.2 and C1.1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.
