Booking request

To make a booking effective please fill in the online booking form that you will find in this menu. Vila Universitària will always confirm your booking via e-mail.

To handle your request the following attached documents are required :

- Personal details and passport of the invited person.

- Accreditation as a permanent staff member of the UAB.

Method of payment

The applicants should facilitate at Vila's offices a Spanish bank account number, where the monthly rent will be charged. At the moment of placing the booking, we will ask you to make a payment of 170 euros, and in the moment of signing the contract of rent, we will ask you another payment corresponding to one month of rent, both in concept of deposit, which will be given back in the end of your stay, once the departure check-out has been carried out.

Formalization of the contract

The lessee will formalize the contract at the Vila Universitària offices, from Monday yo Friday, between 8am and 8pm.
