Accommodation request

To carry the reservation out you have to fill the online booking form that you can find on this site. Vila Universitària will always answer by e-mail.

It's very important that you send us the UAB acceptance letter, by post, mail, fax, or delivering in our reception. Finally we will ask you to make a payment of 170 euros as deposit, which we will refund you at the end of your stay in Vila.

Payment

When you formalize your leasing agreement with Vila Universitària, you have to provide us a Spanish bank account number where we will charge the monthly payment of your apartment. There are several banks in the Campus where you can open a bank account without any expense. This procedure is easy and fast, and you can do it just before the formalization of your leasing agreement. When you request for accommodation, we will ask you to pay 170 euros as deposit. Upon arrival, we will ask you to pay another deposit, that is equal to a monthly payment of the apartment that you have chosen. Both of them will be refunded at departure, after the departure check-out.

If you are coming on August or September this process must be done before July 15th 2011.

Legalizing the leasing agreement

You can formalize the leasing agreement in the reception of Vila Universitària, from Monday to Friday, between 8am and 8pm. The hire includes kitchen equipment, bed lining and towels.
