Booking request

All bookings will be made through the department where the teacher or researcher collaborates. You can request a booking by filling in the online booking form in this menu, or contacting Vila Universitària directly: vila2@vilauniversitaria.com.

Method of payment

- If the payment is made through an AD (Expenses Approval), Vila Universitària needs to have the original document or a photocopy, fifteen days before the date of arrival.

- For stays shorter than three months: upon arrival, the client will be required to pay for the whole stay (in cash or credit card).

- Those persons who have made a booking longer than three months will have to facilitate at Vila's offices a Spanish bank account number where the monthly rent will be charged.

Only in this case, upon arrival the client will be required to make a payment of 170 euros and another one corresponding to a month of rent of the chosen apartment, in concept of deposit, which will be given back at the end of the stay, once the departure check-out has been carried out. It will not be necessary to make this deposit payment if a letter of bails issued by the department which is handling the booking is shown.

Cancellation policy

- All bookings that are cancelled within less than fifteen days of anticipation will be charged a cancellation fee of 10% of the bimonthly price of the reserved apartment, regardless if it is paid through AD or directly.

- Group bookings (more than ten apartments): cancellations with less than one month of anticipation will be charged a cancellation fee of 10% on the total price of all the reserved apartments for fifteen days, regardless if it is paid through AD or directly-

Formalization of the contract

The lessee will formalize the contract at Vila Universitària offices, from Monday to Friday, between 8am and 8pm.

- The rent price includes bed linen, towels and kitchen utensils. Except for the SERT houses, the price also covers all the expenses of water, light, electricity and community.

- Only the monthly rent of Vila 2 apartments includes a weekly cleaning.
