SCHEDULE

Is it possible to arrive on weekends? We are sorry, our office is closed on Saturday, Sunday and on bank holidays. You can pick up your key from Monday to Friday, 24 hours a day.

DEPOSITS

If I cancel my reservation will I lose my deposit? Once your reservation is confirmed, if you cancel it due to academic reasons we will refund your deposit. If the cancellation is for personal reasons or own convenience, we will not refund it.

How can I pay the deposit if I do not have credit card? You can make a bank transfer to our bank account and send us the bank receipt by fax: +34 93 580 91 86. You should indicate your name, date of the transfer and amount on the bank transference confirmation document.

MONTHLY PAYMENTS

Can I pay the rent with credit card or cash? We are sorry, but it's not possible. In order to pay your monthly rent it is required that you open an account in a Spanish bank where we will charge together all the expenses of your apartment (rent, water, power, telephone, etc.).

CONTRACT

Can I cancel my contract without losing my deposits? No. We will ONLY refund your deposit if the cancellation is due to academic reasons.

With how much anticipation can I cancel my contract? You should always inform us as soon as possible, but it should be at least 30 days before your contract ends, and always before the 1st or the 15th of each month.

Can I stay in Vila during Christmas holidays, Easter and in summer? You can live in Vila all year. Vila Universitària never closes.

EQUIPMENT

Does the apartment have equipment? It does not. But you can hire an equipment with kitchen utensils, bed linen, towels and a blanket for 10 euros plus 18% VAT per month.

What are community expenses? They are all the expenses in your community, like cleaning common areas, 24 hours security service, swimming pool, gardening, elevators, etc. The monthly amount is 13 euros + 18% VAT.

Are there any restaurants? In Vila Universitària there are two restaurants that offer different sorts of meals. Their price will depend on the restaurant and sort of meal.
