The Unit for Innovation in Higher Education Teaching (IDES) is the main driving force behind innovation in the University. Its general objectives are to promote and support the various teaching optimisation initiatives and to launch new support, innovation and continuous training initiatives, etc. The objectives and actions of IDES fit into the framework of the new demands of the European Credit Transfer System (ECTS). Overall mission This Plan also aims to promote exchanges and the sharing of experiences of good practices used by lecturers. Specific objectives 1 . To reflect upon skills training and to learn to design modules using teaching-learning strategies and assessment methods that meet the demands of this training model. 2 . To reflect upon the role of active teaching methods in the new EHEA framework and to know how to select and implement all the teaching-learning strategies available in accordance with the objectives of the module. 3 . To provide resources for the use of ITCs as teaching support tools. 4 . To share the experiences of the process of adapting courses to the EHEA among all lecturers, thus making the process run more smoothly and allowing for continual improvements. 5 . To develop the resources needed so that each lecturer is able to produce a personal Teaching Portfolio that is compatible with the European Credit Transfer System and that is applicable to one of the modules for the course in which he or she lectures. |
