Master's Degree in Gynaecological Endoscopy

The introduction of endoscopy in Gynecology was an important innovation in the diagnosis. Laparoscopy has become an essential instrument in the
diagnosis and treatment within this medical specialty presenting, in addition, many advantages for the patient and the healthcare system. Hysteroscopy resulted also great progress in diagnosis and the possibility of performing procedures surgical in a minimally invasive way.
Currently, most gynecological interventions can be carried out they can convert into endoscopic gynecological interventions that involve
less morbidity, less hospital stay and an aesthetic improvement.
Robotics has recently been incorporated into our hospitals and has involved a significant advance, since it allows to improve the surgical technique at the same time as it increases the safety of the surgeon and that of the patient.

Internships

UAB masters and graduate diplomas may include or facilitate external academic internships in companies or institutions in order to help the student to achieve a level of expertise that facilitates the insertion or promotion in the workplace.

For this study programme non-curricular (optional) internships are possible:
