Work position allocation of civil servants joining the UAB administrative scale
The UAB organised an event for the 94 members of the technical, management, and administration and service staff who joined the administrative scale in the latest promotion. The event took place on 29 April at the conference hall of the Rectorat building.
On 29 April at 10 a.m., the conference hall of the Rectorat building of the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona held a ceremony for those who passed the latest call to join the administrative scale. The event was chaired by Míriam Giménez, deputy executive administrator of Personnel, who led the session, and Núria Balbuena, head of the Personnel Management Area.
For the first time, the 94 people who entered the administrative scale in the latest promotion were able to choose a place in a public event. The initiative, proposed by the UAB executive administrator, was valued as a step towards greater transparency in the process of allocating work places.
At the end of the event, Javier Lafuente, rector; Carme Nogués, vice rector for Organisation , and Jaume Tintoré, executive administrator, welcomed the new civil servants.
