Meeting of the 40th anniversary of the Biology class of 1979-1984

The day began with the arrival of the attendees at the UAB Alumni office, located in the Plaza Cívica, where they had the opportunity to meet up with old classmates, reliving the moments lived during the years of study.

 Dr. Isidre Gibert González, dean of the Faculty of Biosciences, was in charge of guiding the attendees on a tour of the facilities of the Faculty of Biosciences, offering an updated view of the evolution of the faculty since its time of study. In addition, the alumni were able to take group photographs to immortalize this special moment.

Finally, a networking session was held  with a dinner where they were able to continue different conversations and share anecdotes, reflections and future plans with colleagues who, despite the passage of time, continue to share the same bond.

At UAB Alumni, we encourage networking and maintain relationships between graduates of the Autonomous University of Barcelona. We organise meetings for the various promotions and sectoral networks, with the aim of reinforcing the feeling of belonging and offering constant interaction between the University and the alumni group. Each meeting not only celebrates the past, but also strengthens connections for the future, contributing to a global network of graduates at the UAB.
