Free course on digital skills for e-entrepreneurship: learn how AI works, explore no-code tools, discover emerging tech trends, create digital prototypes and, if you have an idea, give it a boost! A dynamic and hands-on course, worth 1 ECTS credit (RAC).

Programa
- Session 1: Digital and tech context – a starting point for innovation. Introduction to key technological trends, emerging professional profiles, and the importance of digital and tech literacy as a foundation for inclusive and sustainable innovation.
- Session 2: What AI is and how it learns. Exploring the basics of AI: how it is trained, how neural networks work, and its practical applications in various fields.
- Session 3: Exploring ChatGPT and generative AI. Understanding how generative models like ChatGPT work, their uses across different sectors, and a critical look at their limitations and implications.
- Session 4: Responsible AI and social impact. A reflection on algorithmic bias, current regulations, sustainability, and ethical challenges associated with AI. Encourages a conscious and responsible approach to using technology.
- Session 5: From idea to digital prototype. Introduction to agile methodologies such as Lean and Scrum, and to no-code tools that allow users to build apps, websites, or prototypes without coding. Includes basic concepts on databases and cloud computing.
- Session 6: From problem to value proposition. Learn how to detect real problems or opportunities and turn them into digital solutions with added value using ideation and prototyping tools, with a focus on diverse needs and perspectives.
Registration
Registration is free for the UAB community through NEXUS application. Whoever does not have a user profile, can create a "partial registration" that will allow the user to easily registrate to the course.
Recognition
Students of a degree who finish the training can ask for 1 ECTS credit to incorporate to their academic file.
