Ideàrium. Design thinking: from idea to prototype
Would you like to learn how to create innovative solutions to real-world problems?
Ideàrium is a hands-on design thinking course where you will work in teams to find entrepreneurial solutions to real-world challenges and turn them into projects. Using design thinking techniques and templates, you will learn to analyse problems, understand users’ needs, generate ideas, develop physical or digital prototypes and validate them. A journey from idea to prototype that allows you to experiment, learn by doing and build viable proposals with impact.

Programme
- Session 1: Challenge analysis, selection and team formation
- Session 2: User analysis and design research
- Session 3: Ideation and creativity in teams
- Session 4: Development of physical or digital prototypes I
- Session 5: Development of physical or digital prototypes II
- Session 6: Initial branding and prototype testing
- Session 7: Visual and verbal preparation for high-impact presentations
- Session 8: Final presentation
Instructor
The course is taught by David Hernández, an industrial designer and musician, a member of the creative team at ARTIFICIA and founder of BEYOND COLLAPSE.
Registration
Registration is free and must be completed through the NEXUS application.
Credit recognition
The course is worth 1 ECTS credit. To receive the credit, participants must attend at least 80% of the sessions and submit and present the final project.
