The first session of the seventh edition of the De la Ciència al Mercat (From Science to the Market) programme took place on 16 September. The programme is aimed at master's and doctoral students who wish to commercialise their research and/or join an entrepreneurial team.
It aims to promote scientific entrepreneurship by equipping doctoral students and PhD holders with the tools they need to explore the possibility of setting up a company based on their research.
The programme consists of 100 hours of training in knowledge transfer and business creation. Each project will also benefit from 2–10 hours of one-to-one mentoring with sector experts.
