This is a professionalizing master's degree whose objective is the insertion into the labor market of new university graduates without professional experience by providing training in a large company in the field of fine chemicals.

The employment of university graduates is a priority concern for the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona and for the company Esteve Química.

Both have designed the Master's Degree in Fine Chemicals Experimentation, two-year professional initiation studies in the field of fine chemistry, whose aim is to help young graduates find a job suitable for their training.

The programme is financed by Esteve Química. Tuition is free for all students admitted to the programme. Additionally, students receive monthly financial aid throughout the two years of the program, for a total of 22,200 euros.

UAB-specific two-year programme, starting every January. The first three months correspond to intensive theoretical and practical classes at the university and at the company, followed by 21 months of full-time professional training at the company.
