The Observatory for Equality has begun the creation process of the 4th Action Plan for equality between women and men of the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona. In the context of this process, we invite you to answer the survey designed about policies on gender equality.

We have designed three different surveys taking into account the diverse realities of the UAB community. The survey contains several sections on study and work conditions, conciliation of labour and family life, gender violence others discriminations. In the case of academic and research staff, the introduction of gender perspective in research and teaching is also included.

Your participation, as members of the community, is fundamental to detect lacks and new needs in relation to academic and research staff. For this reason, we ask for your collaboration by answering this brief survey. The answers are totally anonymous and will allow us to design many of the measures in the 4th Action Plan.

In addition, people taking part in the survey will get the chance to win a Samsung Galaxy Tab To (10,1" with 32 GB of storage, Android 6.0 and Wi-Fi)*. The winner will be chosen in July, once the survey has finished

You can find the surveys in the following links: Students (until June 29th), Academic and Research Staff (until July 11th) and Administrative and Service Staff (until July 13th)

In addition to the survey, other data collection techniques have been activated. These will allow us to obtain a diagnosis of the situation, both from the perspective of the implementation level of the current Action Plan and about the situation of the UAB regarding gender equality. Specifically, the evaluation of the implementation level of the 3rd GAP, the review of European, Spanish and Catalan regulations, and population data on the situation of women at the UAB (in teaching, research, promotion, etc). This diagnosis should allow us to design the measures which will become part of the 4th Action Plan.
