Official Master's Degree in Psychology of Sport and Physical Activity


The official master's degree in Psychology of Sport and Physical Activity aims to meet the expectations of a socially relevant area such as sports and physical exercise, currently considered a research field, and its application in psychology. On the one hand, the objective of psychology of sports is to improve the performance and wellbeing of athletes by teaching psychological techniques and strategies. On the other hand, it also works on an indirect intervention by offering assessment to families, trainers and directors so that athletes can experience better development and performance at a personal level.
The psychology of physical activity helps professionals in health sciences and physical activity to establish an active lifestyle for the population in general, thus improving their quality of life and preventing sedentariness
