Access
Access to this master's degree is open to holders of an official bachelor's degree from a Spanish university or from another higher education institution within or outside the European Higher Education Area, provided this gives access to postgraduate studies in the country of issue.Admission requirements
The admission requirements are as follows:
- Students must hold a bachelor’s degree, undergraduate or postgraduate degree, technical engineering degree, higher engineering degree, technical architecture degree, or higher architecture degree in one of the fields related to land management (Geography, Environmental Sciences, Biology, Geology, Geodesy, Geomatics and Surveying Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Forestry Engineering, Computer Engineering, Architecture, or Archaeology), or in other disciplines related to environmental management, as well as Physics, Mathematics, Statistics, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or equivalent qualifications, provided that the master’s programme coordinators consider that applicants have the necessary background to successfully complete the subjects taught on the programme.
- Non-Spanish-speaking students must demonstrate at least a B2 level of Spanish in order to follow classes effectively and understand the materials provided for the different subjects.
Selection criteria
When the number of applicants exceeds the available places, the allocation of places will be made according to the following priority criteria:
- Academic record (80%)
- Research experience (15%) accredited through:
a) Published articles
b) Conference presentations
c) Participation in research projects
d) Research grants - Motivation letter (5%)
