Online specialisation course in welfare to train specialists in the practical application of programmes to improve life styles in relation to health in the public at large.
On this course you will find out about the relation between active life styles and health, and which factors determine an active life style. You will obtain the keys for structuring a programme to promote an active life style according to profiles of physical activity, physical fitness and motivation, and also how to monitor that programme.
During this theoretical and practical course you will receive the support and know-how of specialist lecturers from the Sport Psychology Laboratory, linked to the consolidated Life Style, Sport and Health research group at the Sports Research Institute UAB.
Enrolment is open throughout the academic year. There is also the possibility of getting each subject recognised as a postgraduate module on the Healthy Life Style course of the same name, which you can complete by taking the remaining modules.
