Empowering Education in Europe (E³)
In spring term 2024 (starting in February), the Faculty of Educational Sciences of Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona hosts a one-time international study program entitled Empowering Education in Europe (E³). The programme aims to improving international teacher competences from an international perspective and contributes to promote the intercultural exchange working and studying in an international context and intercultural exchange. It is a joint international programme, of 30 ECTS, delivered by academics form a consortium of 4 universities from Belgium (Odisee), Austria (Pädagogische Hochschule Steiermark), Denmark (University College Copenhagen) and Spain (Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona).

The study programme consists of five subjects taught by international lecturers from all four partner universities and includes three weeks of internship in Catalan primary school. The course language is English.
The programme aims at students from Teacher Training programmes:
- SICUE students studying at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona
- International exchange students studying at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona
- Primary Education students from Faculty of Education of UAB
You will need to send your Learning Agreement for Studies before 15th December and after receiving your acceptance letter. Please send it to intercanvis.educacio@uab.cat. including the module "Empowering Education in Europe (E³)" - 30 ECTS as "Component title at the Receiving Institution".
