Master description

The Master's degree in Research in Education comprises 60 ECTS.

The Master's degree has 7 specialisations:
  •     E1 - Curriculum and Innovation processes in Education
  •     E2 - Organisations' Development and management for Change
  •     E3 - Inequality, Research and Educational Action
  •     E4 - Teaching Language and Literature
  •     E5 - Teaching Social Sciences
  •     E6 - Art , Body and Movement
  •     E7 - Scientific and Mathematical Education

There are 29 modules, organised as follows:

a.) 3 related modules (21 credits). The 8 specialisations share 21 credits that are compulsory for all students, irrespective of their specialisation. The aim of these modules is to lay the epistemological and methodological foundations for research in education.
b) Master's dissertation (15 ECTS credits). Students must write a master's dissertation, worth 15 credits, oriented towards research and linked to their specialisation.
c) 22 Modules of 6 credits that make up the 8 specialisations. These modules are optional. The specialisation offer is made up of 3 modules of 6 credits each.
d) 3 Modules of 6 ECTS, which are cross-curricular  and optional.
 
Students can define their specialisation through these modules, while maintaining a holistic view of education.
