Memoirs and generations, the voice of Christmas 2023 of the Faculty of Communication Sciences

The first-year students of the Degree in Communication of the Organizations Marta Alfaraz Ubach, Joana Amelibia Jane, Roger Antolí Vargas, Carla Aranibar Cabeza, Arnau Arias Donnay and Mariona Armengol Bernabeu have carried out the "Memòries i generacions" wedge for the 2023 Christmas campaign of the Faculty of Communication Sciences.

Within the framework of the subject Theory and Techniques of Construction and Locution of Discourse, the students of the first degree of Communication of Organizations were entrusted with the task of making a wedge for the Christmas campaign 2023 of the Faculty of Communication Sciences.

The students of the subject made a first selection of four pieces. Afterwards, the deanship team of the faculty was chosen as the winner "Memory and generations", made by students Marta Alfaraz Ubach, Joana Amelibia Jane, Roger Antolí Vargas, Carla Aranibar Cabeza, Arnau Arias Donnay and Mariona Armengol Bernabeu. The idea, the interpretation and the technical quality made the balance decant in his favor. "Memory and generations" focuses on the family, a concept that as they comment, is their brand and guiding thread of all the work they do as a team. The sound piece can be heard as a wedge at UAB Media, on the faculty’s website and networks.

It should also be noted that the finalist piece "The passage of time" carried out by the students Odin Rossell Navarro, Laia Rotellar Hernandez, Pol Ruiz Soberbio, Anna Beatriz Sainz Leo, Jade Salda aa Gonaz alez and Mar Zhe Serrano Porta, transmitted a much broader institutional concept from the Autonomous University of Barcelona and has been facilitated to the rest of the faculties to make use of it.
