On March 1st at 12:00h will take place the seminar“La digitalización de los procesos empresariales, el sector notarial y registral. La salvaguarda de la seguridad jurídica de las actuaciones digitales respecto al Derecho de Sociedades” ill be held in the Victoria Kent Hall of the Faculty of Law. This is an international bimodal seminar open to teaching and research staff and doctoral students of the Faculty of Law, organized by the DIGIDRET Group.

Continuing with the sessions on Digitalization and Company Law, the DIGIDRET Research Group has the intervention of Mr. Florencio Díaz Vilches from ANF Autoridad de Certificación and Dr. Mónica Perna Hernández, lecturer of Commercial Law of our faculty. Both will share a table to explain the requirements arising from the principle of legal certainty when digitization is applied to certain business, notarial and registry actions.
The event will be bimodal on the day and time indicated in the Victoria Kent Room of our Faculty and at the following address TEAMS.
