More than 100.000 e-books to read

During 2023, the UAB Library Service permits access to more than 100,000 books: the entire collection of Cambridge University Press and Wiley, the books published in 2021 and 2022 by Elsevier, and those published in 2020, 2021 and 2022 by Springer-Nature.

This year we have added all the books from Cambridge University Press, a multidisciplinary publisher with great weight in Humanities and Social Sciences, but also in Sciences and Engineering. In this way, we complement the offer we had in recent years, which was already very powerful in the fields of Science, Biosciences and Health.

The books are available at https://mirades.uab.cat/ebs/ where they can be explored by publisher, keyword and year of publication, and can also be found through the UAB Library Search Engine. They can be read and downloaded in PDF as a whole book or by chapter or read online.

At the end of the year, the most read books and those that you request with this form will be incorporated into the collection of the UAB Libraries.
