UAB Idiomes Barcelona certificates

Our level certificates are university certificates, issued by the UAB Language Service and recognised by all Catalan universities, the Catalan Government (Generalitat) and many companies and organisations. They are valid for obtaining credits at the UAB, as proof of having the required B2 level in a third language, and for master's degrees at Catalan universities that expect new applicants to show proficiency in a language.

At UAB Idiomes we assess language proficiency in terms of the levels described in the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).

The UAB Language Service is an ACLES-accredited centre (Asociación de Centros de Lenguas en la Enseñanza Superior) and has been awarded the CertAcles seal of quality for English examinations at levels B1, B2 and C1. Certificates with the CertAcles seal are recognised by all Spanish universities. We issue certificates to our students, to the university community and to anyone aged 16 or more who wishes to certify their level of proficiency in a language.

Our students may attend exam sessions at UAB Idiomes Campus to obtain level certificates for French and Italian courses.

Students can obtain Spanish certificates SIELE (Servicio Internacional de Evaluación de la Lengua Española). We are a DELE examination centre and our exam sessions are open to our students and external candidates. 

We also issue course and attendance certificates for all courses.
