Welcome to the Medicine Department

That deparment coordinates, in accordance with the teaching program of Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB), the teaching from the knowledge areas of Medicine, Dermatology and Radiology, and Physical Medicine. It also organizes and develop the third cycle stduies and coolaborates in Official Masters and own from UAB.

Within the research area, it promotes the research activities and initiatives and, the knowledge transference from it academic personnel and gives support. 

The academic personnel, the research personnel in trainning and, the administration personnel and attached services are members.

It is a structured deparment in different unities, distributed geographically to the Hospital Teaching Unities and the Teaching Unity of Basic Medicine Science.
