The graduate diploma is structured into five modules that consist of a total of 30 credits: 25 theoretical training, practical, case study and real experience credits, and 5 credits for the final project.

Module 4: Processing of data and information (5 ECTS).
- Open government, transparency and accountability
- Big data, open data and data recovery
- Reuse of information
- Accessibility and publication of content on the Internet
- Digital preservation of social networks
Module 5: Graduate degree final project . (5 ECTS).
Methodology
The course is online. The student will be engaged in a virtual learning environment (Moodle and WebEX).
Its basic characteristics are:
- The training process is conducted remotely
- The platform is accessible via Internet with a standard browser.
- Operative 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, allowing for major study flexibility.
- The student is guided throughout the course, providing constant support and communication.
- The virtual environment includes the theoretical course content and the additional resources (forums, chat, virtual classes) to enable better learning.
