Where to search information

To prepare an academic project you must know how to search relevant information for your subject.

Identify the search terms, combine them and search the databases, books, journals, etc. to find the information

You can consult:

The UAB Libraries search tool allows you to search easily and directly all the available UAB Libraries' INFORMATION SOURCES.

From a SINGLE ACCESS POINT you search the UAB Catalog, the Digital Library and UAB digital repositories (DDD, Traces, etc.).

Consult the Search tool video tutorial and/or Search tool guide.

In the UAB Libraries subject guides you can find a selection of information resources about a particular subject. You will find the main databases related to your studies, e-books and e-journals, Bachelor's Degree Final Project, Graduate Degree Project, Master's Degree Final Project, etc.

The UAB libraries give access to specialized databases where you can find information for your projects.

The use of these resources must observe the current Intellectual Property Law, and avoid any practice that may cause harm to the legitimate interests of the rights holders. Also, whenever they are cited, the source and authorship must be indicated.

If you have any questions, you can review the collection of FAQS on the Intellectual Property and Open Access blog.
