Dissemination period for PhD theses

Having finalised their thesis and having obtained authorisation from the academic committee of their PhD programme, PhD candidates must deposit the thesis with the Doctoral School in order to ensure its dissemination and to allow other PhD holders to make observations on its content.

The dissemination period for PhD theses is 5 working days, counting from the day following notification of deposit. Notification is given on Monday (not all of them) at 5 p.m., or on the following day if this is a holiday All theses according to the approved schedule (recommended to consult it) are included in the notification.

PhD holders may consult the theses at the Doctoral School and may send any observations or allegations in writing to the School's standing committee (Junta Permanent).
